Boston Legends est 1630 signature shirt

In 1648, Margaret Jones was blamed and sentenced for being a witch by a Puritan court. She was taken to the "hanging place" and executed. Initially involving a landmass shaped by the Charles, Mystic and Chelsea Rivers, the city was associated with the territory by a meager spit of land called Boston Neck. This region contained a sustained entryway and guardhouse, south of which was Gallows Hill, the hanging place.
